....its cold and blustery. But guess WHAT? It's Kacy's birthday today so I bet she comes home for sure because she CERTAINLY wouldn't leave ME out of HER SPECIAL DAY! I am all dressed up for the occasion and ready to celebrate with her and Mike at 7:11 pm EST!
